To Return: In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must mail back merchandise in the same condition as it was originally received with the original invoice within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Mail returns back to Towne & Reese, Attn: Online Returns, 214 W. Tremont Ave., Suite 303, Charlotte, NC 28203. This does not apply to wholesale orders.

Towne & Reese uses weight-based shipping rates through the United States Postal Service. Following credit card or Paypal authorization and verification of information, your order will be processed and shipped within business 2-3 days. Following are estimated shipping times once the order leaves our warehouse:
