Returns

All Towne & Reese merchandise is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can take care of you. Please contact us at customerservice@towneandreese.com or 855-384-0209.  Please see below for wholesale contact information and policies.  

To Return: In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must mail back merchandise in the same condition as it was originally received with the original invoice within 30 days.   Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.  Mail returns back to Towne & Reese, Attn: Online Returns, 214 W. Tremont Ave., Suite 303, Charlotte, NC 28203. This does not apply to wholesale orders.

Shipping Information

Towne & Reese only ships to the United States and Canada.

All U.S. orders over $100 will receive free shipping!  For U.S. orders under $100, there is a flat $5 shipping rate.  Offer does not apply to wholesale customers or orders outside the US. 

Following credit card or Paypal authorization and verification of information, your order will be processed and shipped within business 2-3 days. Following are estimated shipping times once the order leaves our warehouse:

For Canadian orders, Towne & Reese uses weight-based shipping rates through the United States Postal Service.Canadian customers are responsible for any additional import duties/taxes that their country may charge. The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Towne & Reese has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Towne & Reese will not be held responsible for such charges and will not be responsible for return shipping charges if the order is refused.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. If you open an account with towneandreese.com you can check your order status by logging in and viewing your account. Or you can use your tracking number sent to you via email.

Returns or Damages

Please contact us at orders@towneandreese.com or 980-254-4222 ext 1 with any questions about your order, to report a damage or to request a return authorization.  

Wholesale Return Policy: Returns must be made in writing and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds will only be given when merchandise is received at our warehouse in the same condition as it was originally shipped. Returns must be approved by Towne & Reese and must be within 30 days of invoice date.
